Ayo is the Lead Coach of Soar Africa Training Resources, and President of Barnabas International, a non-governmental organization with a mission to encourage people of all ages to reach for their full potentials. He is the host of the transformational School of Empowerment where he empowers young people to lead productive lives. Ayo is a personal maximal productivity teacher whose vibrant impact stretches across educational institutions, corporate entities, SMEs, and religious, governmental and non-governmental outfits.

He holds certificates in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development from the Daystar Leadership Academy; High Impact Communication, Counseling and Influence Skills from Transform-X Trainings; and Strategic Business Development from Daystar Business Academy. He is a graduate of Environmental Management from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, OgunState.
