Everything rises and falls on attitude. However, attitudes can only be pointed out to you; they cannot be taught. They must be lived. Living is a conscious and deliberate thing. To live, you must eat consciously, sleep consciously, work consciously (have you ever been truly idle? How was it like?), groom consciously (brush your teeth, bathe, cut your hair…and all those stuff.) As a baby, people help you to do these things, because you must of necessity learn how to live a normal life. But when you become conscious, it is up to you.
Let me point out to you some of the attitudes that you must cultivate to remain vibrant and significant on your job.
If you want to be coached or trained on how to make these attitudes relevant to your day-to-day activities, you may send me a mail at ayobankole@soarafrica.com or call me on +2348096001659. This can be offered at an individual or organizational level.
I’d leave you with just these points. We can discuss more on how to expatiate on these, and incorporate them into your organizational culture. But I’d love to quickly add; it’s not what you know but what you do with what you know that counts –and that’s to be conscious.
To your productivity,
D. A. B.
